Company deadlines depend on your year end
For a limited company, the big deadlines run from its own dates rather than the calendar:
- Confirmation statement: at least once a year, within 14 days of your review date.
- Accounts at Companies House: usually 9 months after your year end.
- Corporation Tax payment: usually 9 months and 1 day after your year end, for most small companies.
- Corporation Tax return: 12 months after the end of the accounting period.
You can check your company's next accounts and confirmation statement dates for free on the Companies House register.
